Journal ArticleDOI

Correlation between Quality and Geographical Origins of Cortex Periplocae , Based on the Qualitative and Quantitative Determination of Chemical Markers Combined with Chemical Pattern Recognition.

TL;DR: The results showed that the LC-MS/MS and GC-MS assays, combined with multivariate statistical analysis for Cortex Periplocae, provided a comprehensive and effective means for its quality evaluation.
Journal ArticleDOI

The pharmacokinetics, bioavailability and excretion of columbianetin acetate and its metabolite columbianetin were analysed in rat plasma by LC-MS/MS after administration of columbianetin acetate and Angelicae pubescentis radix extract

TL;DR: It was found that columbianetin acetate was rapidly and widely distributed in rats, and eliminated rapidly from plasma, and this was caused by columbanetin-β-D-glucopyranoside.
Journal ArticleDOI

Quantification of eight active ingredients in crude and processed radix polygoni multiflori applying miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion microextraction followed by UHPLC.

TL;DR: The present investigation provided a promising method for the fast preparation and discrimination of chemical differences in crude and processed radix polygoni multiflori by miniaturized matrix solid-phase dispersion microextraction.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Metabolomics Coupled With Chemometrics Strategy to Filter Combinatorial Discriminatory Quality Markers of Crude and Salt-Fired Eucommiae Cortex.

TL;DR: It was demonstrated that UHPLC-MS based metabolomics with chemometrics was a powerful strategy to screen the combinatorial discriminatory quality markers for distinguishing the crude and salt-fired EuCommiae Cortex and to provide the reference for precise quality control of Eucommiae Cortex.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Tissue Distribution of Four Major Coumarins after Oral Administration of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix Extract to Rats Using Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

TL;DR: A feasible and reliable ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was established and validated and revealed that the tissues distributions of four coumarins were in the liver, followed by the ovary, uterus, kidney, lung, heart, spleen, and muscle.
