Anti-osteoporosis effect of Semen Cuscutae in ovariectomized mice through inhibition of bone resorption by osteoclasts.
Yun Yang,Zhenzhen Yang,Qiu Wei,Ran An,Huamei Zhang,Jiayuan Shen,Xiao-yan Qin,Xiao-ling Han,Jie Li,Xiao-wei Li,Xiumei Gao,Jun He,Haoping Mao +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the potential effect of Semen Cuscutae on ovariectomy (OVX)-induced osteoporosis in mice and clarified the exact mechanisms by which Semen cuscutaa exert the anti-osteoporeosis effect.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pharmacokinetic and bioavailability studies of α-viniferin after intravenous and oral administration to rats.
Yuqi Fan,Lulu Zhao,Xuhua Huang,Qi Jia,Wei Wang,Mengyuan Gao,Xiaohua Jia,Yan-xu Chang,Huizi Ouyang,Jun He +9 more
TL;DR: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics and absolute bioavailability of α-viniferin in rats, using naringenin as an internal standard (IS), a rapid HPLC-MS/MS method of 5 min complete run time was developed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Protective effects of Weilikang decoction on gastric ulcers and possible mechanisms
Shiyu Wang,Yajuan Ni,Jinchang Liu,Haiyang Yu,Bo Guo,Erwei Liu,Jun He,Xingrui Wang,Yi Zhang,Tao Wang +9 more
TL;DR: The anti-ulcer potential of WLK can be primarily attributed to its regulatory effects on nitric oxide, sulfhydryl compounds, and reduction effect on mucosal expression of proinflammatory cytokines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Microwave assisted solid phase microextraction for extraction and selective enrichment of four alkaloids in lotus leaf
TL;DR: In this article, a novel method was developed for extraction and enrichment of the four alkaloids (nuciferine, O-nornuciferines, armepavine, N-nectiferine and n-nociferine) from lotus leaf by coupling microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) with solid phase microextraction (SPME) before ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
LC–MS/MS determination and pharmacokinetic study of columbianadin in rat plasma after intravenous administration of pure columbianadin
Yan-xu Chang,Chun-peng Wang,Jin Li,Yang Bai,Qian Luo,Jun He,Bing Lu,Tao Wang,Boli Zhang,Xiumei Gao +9 more
TL;DR: The proposed LC-MS/MS method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive so that it could be used to evaluate pharmacokinetic properties of columbianadin in rat plasma after intravenous administration.
