Structural, optical and Raman scattering studies on polycrystalline Cd0.8Zn0.2Te thin films prepared by vacuum evaporation

TL;DR: In this article, the optical response of vacuum-evaporated Cd 0.8 Zn 0.2 Te polycrystalline thin films was studied by spectroscopic ellipsometry, and the measured dielectric function spectra reveal distinct structures at critical point energies E 1, E 1 + Δ 1 and E 2 corresponding to the interband transitions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Visible light enhanced TiO2 thin film bilayer dye sensitized solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a single-cycle dip-deposited nitrogen-sulfur (N-S) doped titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) thin film was prepared by the sol-gel method using thiourea as a dopant.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hierarchical 3D flower like cobalt hydroxide as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for water splitting

TL;DR: In this article , the authors reported nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2), manganese dioxide (MnO2), and cobalt hydroxides (Co(OH2) self-supported transition metal oxide/hydroxides grown nickel foam (NF) substrate by simple hydrothermal method for overall water splitting (OWS) in alkaline medium.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of annealing on the optical constants of Cd0.2Zn0.8Te thin films

TL;DR: In this article, the optical response of vacuum evaporated Cd02Zn08Te thin films in the 15-56eV photon energy range at room temperature has been studied by spectroscopic ellipsometry.
