Interplay between Iodide and Tin Vacancies in CsSnI3 Perovskite Solar Cells
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate the temperature effects on reduction of Sn vacancies (Vsn) in polymorphic CsSnI3 perovskite solar cells and show that the formation of SnO− and SnO2− at high temperature mitigates the Sn−I interaction and eventually increases the trap density at Au/CsSnI− interfaces.
Journal ArticleDOI
Mn-Co bimetallic phosphate on electrodeposited PANI nanowires with composition modulated structural morphology for efficient electrocatalytic water splitting
TL;DR: In this article, an efficient manganese and cobalt bimetallic phosphate electrocatalyst synthesized on an electrodeposited PANI nanowire array for total water splitting (TWS) applications is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
CuS nano flakes and nano platelets as counter electrode for quantum dots sensitized solar cells
TL;DR: A facile chemical bath deposited (CBD) CuS nanoflakes and nano platelets are used as an effective counter electrode (CE) for quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSC) and the effect of seed layer assistance has been discussed as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Surface reinforced platinum counter electrode for quantum dots sensitized solar cells
TL;DR: A surface modified platinum counter electrode with high catalytic activity and long term stability in polysulfide redox electrolyte is reported in this paper, where surface reinforcement was performed using a thin passivating layer of copper sulfide nanoplatlets over Pt surface by simple chemical bath deposition technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of untreated hospital effluents on the accumulation of toxic metals in sediments of receiving system under tropical conditions: case of South India and Democratic Republic of Congo.
Josué I. Mubedi,Naresh Devarajan,Naresh Devarajan,Séverine Le Faucheur,John Kayembe Mputu,E. K. Atibu,Periyasamy Sivalingam,Kandasamy Prabakar,Pius T. Mpiana,Walter Wildi,John Poté,John Poté,John Poté +12 more
TL;DR: The results highlight the high concentration of toxic metals from the Indian hospital effluent receiving systems, especially for Cr, Cu, As, Zn and Hg and the variation of sediment composition on toxic metal levels as well as toxicity related to both, the type of hospitals and the sampling period.
