Current Rectification by Pauli Exclusion in a Weakly Coupled Double Quantum Dot System

TL;DR: This work observes spin blockade due to Pauli exclusion in the tunneling characteristics of a coupled quantum dot system when two same-spin electrons occupy the lowest energy state in each dot and induces the collapse of the spin blockade.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence for Magnetic Weyl Fermions in a Correlated Metal

TL;DR: Experimental evidence is reported for magnetic Weyl fermions in Mn3Sn, a non-collinear antiferromagnet that exhibits a large anomalous Hall effect, even at room temperature, and lays the foundation for a new field of science and technology involving the magnetic Wey excitations of strongly correlated electron systems such as Mn3 Sn.
Journal ArticleDOI

Chemical structure of the ultrathin SiO 2 / S i ( 100 ) interface: An angle-resolved Si 2 p photoemission study

TL;DR: In this paper, the polar angle dependence of the Si 2p$ intensities is measured in detail for the different suboxide components originating from transition layers at the interface, and a simple interface model is introduced which is composed of three transition layers.
