Journal ArticleDOI
Brain tumor classification from multi-modality MRI using wavelets and machine learning
Khalid Usman,Kashif Rajpoot +1 more
TL;DR: A leave-one-out cross-validation was performed and achieved 88% Dice overlap for the complete tumor region, 75% for the core tumor region and 95% for enhancing tumors region, which is higher than the Dice overlap reported from MICCAI BraTS challenge.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Local-phase based 3D boundary detection using monogenic signal and its application to real-time 3-D echocardiography images
TL;DR: The local phase-based method of feature asymmetry measure computation is extended to detect 3D features using the monogenic signal, which is an isotropic extension of the analytic signal to higher dimensional functions.
Book ChapterDOI
SVM Optimization for Hyperspectral Colon Tissue Cell Classification
Kashif Rajpoot,Nasir M. Rajpoot +1 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the Gaussian kernel function combined with an optimal choice of parameters can produce high classification accuracy in a Support Vector Machines system.
Journal ArticleDOI
Advanced glycation endproducts, dityrosine and arginine transporter dysfunction in autism - a source of biomarkers for clinical diagnosis
Attia Anwar,Provvidenza Maria Abruzzo,Sabah Pasha,Kashif Rajpoot,Alessandra Bolotta,Alessandro Ghezzo,Marina Marini,Annio Posar,Paola Visconti,Paul J. Thornalley,Paul J. Thornalley,Naila Rabbani,Naila Rabbani +12 more
TL;DR: Data driven combination of these biomarkers perturbed by proteotoxic stress, plasma protein AGEs and DT, gave diagnostic algorithms of high sensitivity and specificity for ASD.
Journal ArticleDOI
ElectroMap: High-throughput open-source software for analysis and mapping of cardiac electrophysiology
Christopher O’Shea,Andrew P. Holmes,Ting Y. Yu,James Winter,S. Wells,S. Wells,Joao Correia,Bastiaan J. Boukens,Joris R. de Groot,Gavin S Chu,Gavin S Chu,Xin Li,G. André Ng,G. André Ng,Paulus Kirchhof,Larissa Fabritz,Kashif Rajpoot,Davor Pavlovic +17 more
TL;DR: ElectroMap is presented, an adaptable, high-throughput, open-source software for processing, analysis and mapping of complex electrophysiology datasets from diverse experimental models and acquisition modalities, employing multiple methodologies currently not widely available to researchers.
