TL;DR: In adults aged 55 years, the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association, Adult Treatment Panel III, and European Society of Cardiological guidelines overestimated risk for cardiovascular disease and had discrimination C statistics ranging from 0.67 to 0.77.
