Journal ArticleDOI

Near-Infrared-Actuated Devices for Remotely Controlled Drug Delivery

TL;DR: An implantable reservoir capped by a nanocomposite membrane whose permeability was modulated by irradiation with a near-infrared laser was developed, which represented a platform technology that might be used to address a wide variety of clinical indications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Color-stable water-dispersed cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals.

TL;DR: A successful encapsulation of colloidal perovskite nanocrystals within solid-lipid structures mainly consisting of stearic acid is reported on, boosting the potential applications of all-inorganic perovSKite Nanocrystals for ink-printing.
Journal ArticleDOI

Energy Transfer between Inorganic Perovskite Nanocrystals

TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate nonradiative energy transfer for colloidal CsPbBr3 nanocrystals using time-resolved optical characterization of purposefully prepared batches of nanocrystal with different sizes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Scaled-up production of plasmonic nanoparticles using microfluidics: from metal precursors to functionalized and sterilized nanoparticles.

TL;DR: A continuous, scaled-up synthesis of high quality plasmonic hollow gold nanoparticles is reported for the first time, with a throughput significantly higher than in a batch reactor, and the microfluidic system allowed the on-line implementation of two new stages in nanomaterial production: surface functionalization and sterilization.
