Long noncoding RNA LINC00336 inhibits ferroptosis in lung cancer by functioning as a competing endogenous RNA
Min Wang,Chao Mao,Lianlian Ouyang,Yating Liu,Weiwei Lai,Na Liu,Ying Shi,Ling Chen,Desheng Xiao,Fenglei Yu,Xiang Wang,Hu Zhou,Ya Cao,Shuang Liu,Qin Yan,Yongguang Tao,Bin Zhang +16 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that a nuclear lncRNA LINC00336 is upregulated in lung cancer and functions as an oncogene by acting as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNAs) and found that MIR6852 inhibited cell growth by promoting ferroptosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Nuclear Long Non-Coding RNA LINC00618 Accelerates Ferroptosis in a Manner Dependent upon Apoptosis.
Zuli Wang,Xiaowen Chen,Na Liu,Ying Shi,Yating Liu,Lianlian Ouyang,Samantha Tam,Desheng Xiao,Shuang Liu,Feiqiu Wen,Yongguang Tao +10 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the expression of a nuclear long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), LINC00618, is reduced in human leukemia and strongly increased by vincristine (VCR) treatment, and VCR-induced ferroptosis and apoptosis are promoted by LINC0618, and Linc00618 accelerates ferroPTosis in a manner dependent upon apoptosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cancer progression is mediated by proline catabolism in non-small cell lung cancer.
Yating Liu,Chao Mao,Min Wang,Na Liu,Lianlian Ouyang,Shouping Liu,Haosheng Tang,Ya Cao,Shuang Liu,Xiang Wang,Desheng Xiao,Ceshi Chen,Ying Shi,Qin Yan,Yongguang Tao +14 more
TL;DR: An essential metabolic pathway amenable to targeting in NSCLC is revealed, which promotes epithelial to mesenchymal transition and IKKα-dependent inflammatory genes and promotes the expression of tumor cell proliferation and migration in vitro and tumor growth in vivo.
Journal ArticleDOI
The deubiquitylase UCHL3 maintains cancer stem-like properties by stabilizing the aryl hydrocarbon receptor.
Lianlian Ouyang,Bin Yan,Yating Liu,Chao Mao,Min Wang,Na Liu,Zuli Wang,Shouping Liu,Ying Shi,Ling Chen,Xiang Wang,Yan Cheng,Ya Cao,Desheng Xiao,Lingqiang Zhang,Shuang Liu,Yongguang Tao +16 more
TL;DR: The results reveal that the UCHL3 deubiquitylase is pivotal for AhR protein stability and a potential target for NSCLC-targeted therapy.
