TL;DR: Examination of cognitive impairment, depression, and cooccurrence of the two conditions and associated factors in a sample of older adults in Panama indicated the relevance of assessing cognitive impairment in the elderly as part of a long-term approach to managing depression.

TL;DR: In this article, a multidisciplinary management: obstetrician, anesthesiologist, hematologist, and neonatologist is used to diagnose ITP in pregnant women, and although only one third of the patients will require treatment, we must consider the platelet value, if there are previous stigmas of bleeding, and mode of delivery, and use of epidural and neonate safety.
