TL;DR: In this article, a multidisciplinary management: obstetrician, anesthesiologist, hematologist, and neonatologist is used to diagnose ITP in pregnant women, and although only one third of the patients will require treatment, we must consider the platelet value, if there are previous stigmas of bleeding, and mode of delivery, and use of epidural and neonate safety.
