Bubble-templated rGO-graphene nanoplatelet foams encapsulated in silicon rubber for electromagnetic interference shielding and high thermal conductivity

TL;DR: In this article, a facile foaming route to construct the bubble-templated 3D graphene network, which endow the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) rubber composites with excellent EMI-shielding effectiveness of ~86dB at a thickness of 2mm.
Journal ArticleDOI

In vitro degradation of starch/PVA films and biocompatibility evaluation

TL;DR: In this article, a series of starch/PVA (SP) films with the thickness of 0.05-0.1 mm were cast by solvent method and the swelling and degradation behaviors in simulated blood fluid (SBF) and simulated saliva fluid (SSF) within 30 days were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Icariin-loaded electrospun PCL/gelatin nanofiber membrane as potential artificial periosteum.

TL;DR: The results indicate the huge potential of this ICA-loaded PCL/gelatin electrospun membrane as a biomimetic artificial periosteum to accelerate bone regeneration.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of compatibilizing agent and in situ fibril on the morphology, interface and mechanical properties of EPDM/nylon copolymer blends

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of compatibilizers on mechanical properties and morphology of EPDM/nylon copolymer (PA) blends was investigated, and three forms of structures were proposed to discuss the relationship between the morphologies and mechanical properties.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation and characterization of a thermoplastic poly(glycerol sebacate) elastomer by two‐step method

TL;DR: In this article, a thermoplastic poly(glycerol sebacate) elastomer (TMPGS) was characterized by a two-step method for the first time, and the swelling experiments demonstrated that its crosslinking density was low and that it was composed of sol and gel.
