Journal ArticleDOI

Polyketide Starter and Extender Units Serve as Regulatory Ligands to Coordinate the Biosynthesis of Antibiotics in Actinomycetes.

TL;DR: In this article, a TetR-like regulator (AcrT) was identified in an erythromycin-producing strain of S. coli and showed the highest binding affinity to the promoter of the PKS-encoding gene eryAI in the DNA affinity capture assay (DACA).
Journal ArticleDOI

Study on Banded Implicit Runge–Kutta Methods for Solving Stiff Differential Equations

TL;DR: An effective banded implicit Runge–Kutta method with high accuracy and high stability is proposed, which reduces the computation cost by changing the Jacobian matrix from a full coefficient matrix to a banded matrix.
Journal ArticleDOI

Is There Any Substrate That Is Better Than Ir(1 0 0) for Diamond Nucleation

TL;DR: It is revealed that the carbon-hydrogen ratios of the adsorbed species play a key role: the relative stabilities of these species vary while the coverage increases; at full coverage, only -C2H2 is favorable on the surface.

Access method, apparatus and system among multi-SoC nodes

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed an access method, apparatus and system among multi-SoC nodes, which comprises: through an on-chip interconnection structure of a source SoC node, receiving an access request sent from a first device, wherein the access request carries an access address; determining an onchip IC expansion unit interface corresponding to the access address according to a corresponding relation between the access access address and the onchip IIC expansion unit interfaces; and sending the access requests to the IIC via an IIC structure expansion unit.

Branch target address cache with hashed indices

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a branch target address cache (BTAC) with index logic that selects an entry to access utilizing a BTAC index based upon at least a set of higher-order bits of an instruction address and a lower-order bit of the instruction address.
