Cardiovascular risk in Cushing's syndrome.

TL;DR: To carry out an OGTT to avoid underestimation of diabetes mellitus, an echocardiography and Doppler ultrasonography of the epiaortic vessels in all patients at diagnosis and during follow-up is suggested.
