Lukas Schmidt-Mende,Vladimir Dyakonov,Selina Olthof,Feray Ünlü,Khan Lê,Sanjay Mathur,Andrei D. Karabanov,Doru C. Lupascu,Laura M. Herz,Laura M. Herz,Alexander Hinderhofer,Frank Schreiber,Alexey Chernikov,Alexey Chernikov,David Egger,Oleksandra Shargaieva,Caterina Cocchi,Eva L. Unger,Michael Saliba,Mahdi Malekshahi Byranvand,Martin Kroll,Frederik Nehm,Karl Leo,Alex Redinger,Julian Höcker,Thomas Kirchartz,Jonathan Warby,Emilio Gutierrez-Partida,Dieter Neher,Martin Stolterfoht,Uli Würfel,Uli Würfel,Moritz Unmüssig,Moritz Unmüssig,Jan Herterich,Jan Herterich,Clemens Baretzky,Clemens Baretzky,John Mohanraj,Mukundan Thelakkat,Clément Maheu,Wolfram Jaegermann,Thomas Mayer,Janek Rieger,Thomas Fauster,Daniel Niesner,Fengjiu Yang,Steve Albrecht,Steve Albrecht,Thomas Riedl,Azhar Fakharuddin,Maria Vasilopoulou,Yana Vaynzof,Davide Moia,Joachim Maier,Marius Franckevičius,Vidmantas Gulbinas,Ross A. Kerner,Lianfeng Zhao,Barry P. Rand,Nadja Glück,Thomas Bein,Fabio Matteocci,Luigi Angelo Castriotta,Aldo Di Carlo,Aldo Di Carlo,Matthias Scheffler,Matthias Scheffler,Claudia Draxl,Claudia Draxl +69 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive overview of perovskite semiconductors is presented and an informed perspective of where this field is heading and what challenges we have to overcome to get to successful commercialization.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interplay of Fluorescence and Phosphorescence in Organic Biluminescent Emitters.
Caterin Salas Redondo,Paul Kleine,Karla Roszeitis,Tim Achenbach,Martin Kroll,Michael Thomschke,Sebastian Reineke +6 more
TL;DR: The results show that singlet–triplet annihilation reduces the overall biluminescence efficiency already at moderate excitation levels, and the presented system represents an illustrative role model to study excitonic effects in organic materials.
Journal ArticleDOI
Thermally evaporated methylammonium-free perovskite solar cells
Ran Ji,Zongbao Zhang,Changsoon Cho,Qingzhi An,Fabian Paulus,Martin Kroll,Markus Löffler,Frederik Nehm,Bernd Rellinghaus,Karl Leo,Yana Vaynzof +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of FAI deficiency or excess and that of post-annealing on the perovskite layer properties and device performance were investigated. And they showed that annealing can significantly improve the optical and structural properties of perovsite layers, resulting in a stark enhancement of their photovoltaic performance.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient Thermally Evaporated γ-CsPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells
Zongbao Zhang,Ran Ji,Martin Kroll,Yvonne J. Hofstetter,Xiangkun Jia,David Becker-Koch,Fabian Paulus,Markus Löffler,Frederik Nehm,Karl Leo,Yana Vaynzof +10 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical Pumping of Perovskite Diodes: Toward Stimulated Emission.
Changsoon Cho,Tobias Antrack,Martin Kroll,Qingzhi An,Toni R. Bärschneider,Axel Fischer,Stefan Meister,Yana Vaynzof,Karl Leo +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a perovskite diode structure that simultaneously exhibits stable operation at high current density and optically excited ASE (with a threshold of 180 µJ cm-2 ) is reported.
