Wireless structural health monitoring system by capacitor sensing technique
A. H. M. Zahirul Alam,Nurul Arfah Che Mustapha,Noor Syamira Asyiqin Amir Hassan,Md. Rafiqul Islam,Sheroz Khan,Amelia Wong Azman,Muhammad Abu Eusuf +6 more
TL;DR: A capacitive sensing circuit is designed using off-the-self-components and transmit data wirelessly using XBee and can detect small changes of capacitance variation due to structure vibration.
Effect of Sidewall Spacers on the Performance of GaAs Based DG-JLMOSFET
Nafis Ahmed,Nawara Tanzee Minim,Md. Soyaeb Hasan,Sunjida Sultana,Reaz Uddin Bhuiyan,P. Choudhury,Md. Tanvir Hasan,Md. Rafiqul Islam +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of both the high-k and low-k sidewall spacers on the performance of a double gate junctionless metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (DG-JLMOSFET) have been investigated.

Ocular Manifestation and Correlation with CD4+ T Cell Count among Adult HIV/AIDS Patients in Bangladesh.
S N Hassan,B. Tilottoma,Sayeeda Begum,S.I. Kabir,A.H. Khan,R Rahman,M. S. Ahmed,F Q Chowdhury,Md. Rafiqul Islam +8 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the ophthalmological manifestations among adult HIV infected patients of Bangladesh and co-relate the findings with CD-4+ T cell count found a highly significant relation with CD+ T- cells count and ocular manifestation.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Fade slope modeling at high elevation angle on space-earth path link
TL;DR: In this article, a modified ITU-R model has been proposed for higher elevation angle based on measured data, which is very useful knowledge used to design of the fade countermeasures in satellite communication link.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Efficient Triple Junction Organic Solar Cell
TL;DR: In this article, the performance of three individual single junction organic solar cells was analyzed and three single junction PCDTBT:PCBM cell showed an efficiency of 6.02% whereas two or more single junction cells of complementary absorption band provided an effective means to uplift the efficiency of organic solar cell.
