Yield and Nutrient Uptake of T. Aman Rice as Influenced by Fertilizer Management and Preceding Crop Combinations in Vegetable-Vegetable-Rice Cropping Sequence

TL;DR: In this article , the influence of fertilizer management and preceding crop combinations on yield and yield contributing attributes of subsequent T. Aman rice (BRRI dhan75) was assessed over two years (2018 and 2019) at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU) research farm.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Strain relaxation and improvement of epi-layer quality using step-graded layers for MOVPE In x Ga 1−x N (x ∼ 0.4)

TL;DR: In this article, a step-grained MOVPE was grown on GaN template by controlling temperature from 750° to 900° C with optimum TMI/(TMI+TEG) molar ratio using two interlayers.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Effect of Rain a Haze on Availability of Terrestrial Free Space Optical Link under Tropical Weather Conditions

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the availability assessment of Free Space Optical (FSO) communication link based on predicted atmospheric attenuations due to rain and haze using rain rate (mm/hr) and visibility (km) measurements in Malaysia.
Journal ArticleDOI

RadStat: An open-source statistical analysis tool for counts obtained by a GM counter

TL;DR: RadStat as discussed by the authors is an open-source and easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) computer program named RadStat for statistical analysis of counts measured by a Geiger-Müller (GM) counter.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Effect of phosphor distribution on junction temperature reduction in white LEDs

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of phosphor distribution on junction temperature reduction is studied, and it is shown that if proper phosphor concentration is ensured so that they form thermal bridge between the chip and convective boundary, the junction temperature decreases.
