Journal ArticleDOI

The role of Fusobacterium nucleatum in colorectal cancer: from carcinogenesis to clinical management.

TL;DR: Findings indicated that an increased number of F. nucleatum in the tissues is a biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of CRC, and the underlying molecular mechanism can probably provide a potential intervention treatment strategy for patients with F.ucleatum-associated CRC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) immunotherapy of ovarian cancer based on MIL-88A MOF/MC gene delivery system

TL;DR: A simple and highly efficient MOF-based gene delivery system holding promise for effective ovarian cancer immunotherapy is built to realize high-efficient in vivo expression of anti-CD3/anti-EpCAM BiTE.
Journal ArticleDOI

Carrier-free multifunctional nanomedicine for intraperitoneal disseminated ovarian cancer therapy

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors developed a novel ACaT nanomedicine composed of alendronate, calcium ions and cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) inhibitor THZ1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Engineering Chemotherapeutic-Augmented Calcium Phosphate Nanoparticles for Treatment of Intraperitoneal Disseminated Ovarian Cancer.

TL;DR: A synergistic treatment for intraperitoneally disseminated ovarian cancer was achieved by Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD)-modified amorphous calcium phosphate loading with doxorubicin (designated as RGD-CaPO/DOX), which augmented the therapeutic effect of DOX by aggravating endoplasmic reticulum stress, calcium overload, and mitochondrial dysfunction, ultimately triggering mitochondrial apoptosis in the SKOV3 (human ovarian cancer) cell line.
