Assembly of γ-Fe 2 O 3 /polyaniline nanofilms with tuned dipolar interaction

TL;DR: In this article, the internal morphology and magnetic properties of layer-by-layer assembled nanofilms of polyaniline (PANI) and maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) were probed with cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and magnetization measurements (magnetic hysteresis loops, magnetization using zero-field cooled/field-cooled protocols, and ac magnetic susceptibility).
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation of ferrofluid from cyclodextrin and magnetite

TL;DR: In this paper, a ferrofluid was obtained from magnetite and β-cyclodextrin using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy, electron microprobe with an energy dispersive spectrometer and magnetometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic ordering in nitroxide multiradicals

TL;DR: In this paper, a ferromagnetic transition was observed in single crystals of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-2,6-diazaadamantane-N,N'-dioxyl ("Dupeyredioxyl"), which is characterized by a divergence of the a.c. susceptibility and the onset of spontaneous magnetization at Tc = 1.48 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Magnetic Cationic Copper(II) Chains and a Mononuclear Cobalt(II) Complex Containing [Ln(hfac)4]- Blocks as Counterions.

TL;DR: Four new heterospin compounds with molecular formula {[Cu2(hfac)3(TlTrzNIT)2][Ln( hfac)4]} n·C7H16 (LnIII = Gd (1), Tb (2), or Dy (3), where hfac is hexafluoroacetylacetonato and TlZNIT is the nitronylnitroxide radical 1-( m-tolyl)-1
