Journal ArticleDOI

Pathways of anaphylaxis in the mouse

TL;DR: Antigen-induced anaphylaxis in the mouse proceeds primarily through the IgG, FcgammaRIII, macrophage, and PAF pathway, even in an experimental model that is characterized by strong mast cell and IgE responses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diesel Exhaust Particles Suppress In Vivo IFN-γ Production by Inhibiting Cytokine Effects on NK and NKT Cells

TL;DR: Observations suggest that DEP inhibit Toll-like receptor ligand-induced IFN-γ responses by interfering with cytokine signaling pathways that stimulate NK and NKT cells to produce IFNs, and raise the possibility that the same mechanisms contribute to the association between DEP exposure and asthma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Recent Advances of Fluorescence Probes for Imaging of Ferroptosis Process

TL;DR: This review will focus on summarizing the newly developed fluorescence probes that have been applied for ferroptosis imaging in the recent years, and comprehensively discussing their design strategies, including the probes for iron, reactive oxygen species, biothiols and intracellular microenvironmental factors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel Lysosome-Targeting Fluorescence Off-On Photosensitizer for Near-Infrared Hypoxia Imaging and Photodynamic Therapy In Vitro and In Vivo

TL;DR: In this article , a new multifunctional cyanine-based photosensitizers (CLN) comprising morpholine and nitrobenzene groups was prepared and characterized, which generated fluorescence in the near-infrared (NIR) region in the presence of sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) and nitroreductase (NTR).
