The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality toward school performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 200 teachers at school in Banten. The results of data analysis show e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality significantly influence school performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with e-leadership, organizational commitment and service quality variables on school performance.

Effect of e-Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Service Quality towards Indonesian School Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of digital marketing (DM), e-commerce (EC), business sustainability (BS) and financial performance (FP) of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during Pandemic Covid19 in Indonesia. The relationships between digital marketing and business sustainability, e-commerce and business sustainability, digital marketing and financial performance, e-commerce and financial performance, financial performance and business sustainability are investigated. This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was accomplished by distributing online questionnaires to 120 MSMEs in Banten Indonesia who had experienced the pandemic. The results show that digital marketing had significant effect on business sustainability, e-commerce had significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had significant effect on financial performance. However, e-commerce had no significant effect on financial performance, financial performance had no significant effect on business sustainability, digital marketing had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance, e-commerce had no significant effect on business sustainability through financial performance. The use of digital marketing has been carried out to increase customer awareness. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. © 2021 by the authors;licensee Growing Science, Canada.

The effect of digital marketing and e-commerce on financial performance and business sustaina-bility of MSMEs during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

The Role of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning and Structure on Innovation Capacity: Evidence from Indonesia Private Schools

This research aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing on quality service, digital marketing on sales performance, quality service on sales performance, and digital marketing on Sales performance through quality service. The research methodology is a quantitative method and divided into research design and research subjects, data collection methods, and analysis methods. The study is conducted on 125 small and medium (SMEs) in Banten, Indonesia in the digital region. The study uses primary data based on the results of distributing online questionnaires to 125 managers of SMEs in Banten who were selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was designed online, and each question/statement item was given five answer options, namely: strongly agree (SS) score 5, agree (S) score 4, neutral / doubt (N) score 3, disagree (TS) score 2, and strongly disagree (STS) score 1. The method for processing data is by using PLS and using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Based on data analysis by SmartPLS, digital marketing has a significant effect on quality service, digital marketing has a significant effect on sales performance, quality service has a significant effect on sales performance, and digital marketing significantly affects sales performance through quality service in the digital era.

Empirical study of Indonesian SMEs sales performance in digital era: The role of quality service and digital marketing

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the trilogy of leadership on financial performance, to identify and analyze OCB on financial performance and to identify and analyze organizational commitment to financial performance.The method used in this research is quantitative method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership toward Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 180 sales managers in pharmaceutical companies. The results of data analysis show that Servant leadership, Digital leadership and Green Leadership significantly influence Market Performance in the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and green variables on market performance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Did Servant, Digital and Green Leadership Influence Market Performance? Evidence from Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industry

The purpose of this study is to analyze and calculate the effect of servant leadership on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry, while the indicators of servant leadership are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques, Data processing analysis uses SmartPLS software, the subject of this research is the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia, the sample used is 282 sales managers. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling, namely by using Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study show that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry with indicators are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, stewardship, commitment, community and has a positive and significant effect on sales performance

Do Servant Leadership Influence Market Performance? Evidence from Indonesian Pharmacy Industries

This study aims to identify and explain the economic creativity model for Single Parent. The research approach uses the Basic qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and observation by interviewing 26 key informants who live in the villages of Muara Kumpeh, Pudak, Kasang Pudak, Lopak Alai and Sumber Jaya, namely member villages of PUDAK Sandang Pangan Terpadu (PUDAK SAPADU). The data analysis tool uses ATLAS.ti software (CAQDAS / Computer-Aided Qualitative Data Analysis Software program). The results of the study determine that the integrative hybrid model is a single parent creative economic empowerment pattern. The results of the analysis found that the creative pattern of the single parent economy has three models, namely new businesses, single parent businesses and millennial businesses. The research implications of limited capital, ability, and level of education are taken into consideration by single parents in determining business patterns.
