TL;DR: Cahyono et al. as discussed by the authors used a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques, Data processing analysis uses SmartPLS software, the sample used is 282 sales managers, the results of this study show that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the sales performance of the pharmaceutical industry with indicators are listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, foresight, conceptualization, commitment, community.
