Journal ArticleDOI
High CO-Tolerant Ru-Based Catalysts by Constructing an Oxide Blocking Layer.
Tao Wang,Laiyang Li,Lina Chen,Tian Sheng,Luning Chen,Yu-Cheng Wang,Pengyang Zhang,Yu-Hao Hong,Jinyu Ye,Wenfeng Lin,Qinghua Zhang,Peng Zhang,Gang Fu,Na Tian,Shi-Gang Sun,Zhi-You Zhou +15 more
TL;DR: In this article , Ru oxide-coated Ru supported on TiO2 (Ru@RuO2/TiO2), which can tolerate 1-3% CO, enhanced by about 2 orders of magnitude over the classic PtRu/C catalyst, for hydrogen electrooxidation in a rotating disk electrode test.
Journal ArticleDOI
H–D kinetic isotope effects of alcohol electrooxidation on Au, Pd and Pt electrodes in alkaline solutions
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors, 2012CB215500; NSFC [21073152, 21073045, 21222310, 21021002], Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities [2012121019], Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University [NECT-11-0301]
Journal ArticleDOI
Roughening of Pt nanoparticles induced by surface-oxide formation
Tianwei Zhu,Tianwei Zhu,Emiel J. M. Hensen,Rutger A. van Santen,Na Tian,Shi-Gang Sun,Payam Kaghazchi,Timo Jacob +7 more
TL;DR: It is found that at very high oxygen coverage, obtained at high electrode potentials, the experimentally-observed tetrahexahedral NPs consist of high-index (520) faces, which can be promising candidates for various (electro-)catalytic applications.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrocatalytic reduction of nitric oxide on Pt nanocrystals of different shape in sulfuric acid solutions
TL;DR: In this article, the structure sensitivity for the reduction of saturated NO adlayer on the Pt nanocrystals (NCs) of different shape was studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and in situ FTIR spectroscopy in sulphuric acid solutions.
Journal ArticleDOI
高活性和高稳定性的核壳结构PtPx@Pt/C催化氧还原
Wei-Ze Li,Bang-An Lu,Lin Gan,Na Tian,Pengyang Zhang,Wei Yan,Weixin Chen,You-Hu Chen,Zhi-You Zhou,Shi-Gang Sun +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a non-metallic doping approach and a P-doped Pt catalyst with excellent durability for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) was developed, where carbon-supported core-shell nanoparticles with a Pdoped core and Pt shell were synthesized via heat-treatment phosphorization of commercial Pt/C, followed by acid etching.
