Proteome approaches to characterize seed storage proteins related to ditelocentric chromosomes in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
TL;DR: Changes in protein composition of wheat endosperm proteome were investigated in 39 ditelocentric chromosome lines of common wheat and high correlations in changes of protein intensities were observed among the proteins encoded by genes located in the homoeologous arms.
Journal ArticleDOI
Here there be dragons, a pre-roadmap construct for IoT service infrastructure
Nazrul Islam,Yorgos Marinakis,Mary Anne Majadillas,Matthias Fink,Steven T. Walsh,Steven T. Walsh +5 more
TL;DR: A precursor road mapping construct is developed which focuses on the service sector and supports 3rd generation road mapping techniques and utilizes the emerging IoT TSS technology base as a case study.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effects of chemical conjugation of L-leucine to chitosan on dispersibility and controlled release of drug from a nanoparticulate dry powder inhaler formulation
TL;DR: The conjugate nanoparticles were superior to those of unmodified chitosan in drug loading, entrapment efficiency, and controlled release profile and could be useful, after appropriate testing for biodegradability and toxicity, as an alternative carrier for lung drug delivery with enhanced aerosolization and prolonged drug release from nanoparticulate DPI formulations.
Journal ArticleDOI
Induction of depersonalization by the serotonin agonist meta-chlorophenylpiperazine.
Daphne Simeon,Eric Hollander,Dan J. Stein,Concetta M. DeCaria,Lisa J. Cohen,Jihad B. Saoud,Nazrul Islam,Michael Hwang +7 more
TL;DR: There was a significant correlation between the induction of depersonalization and increase in panic, but not nervousness, anxiety, sadness, depression, or drowsiness, suggesting that serotonergic dysregulation may in part underlie depersonALization.
Journal ArticleDOI
The impact of blockchain technology on the tea supply chain and its sustainable performance
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed a conceptual model of a BCT-driven tea supply chain, which they analyzed using a partial least squares regression-based structural equation modelling method with data collected from 305 experts in India.
