TL;DR: The enzyme levels in tumoral tissues were found to be significantly higher than those in normal tissues and no statistically significant difference between the adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma groups was found.

TL;DR: Of the 30 patients who underwent surgery, 80% were completely relieved of symptoms during a mean follow-up period of 25 ± 33.5 months and should not be overlooked in infants with atypical symptoms.
