TL;DR: In this article, a simple thermal conversion yields transistors with carrier mobilities as high as 9×10−3 cm2, V−1/s−1 and current modulations of the order of 105.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and structural characterization of hexa-tert-butyl-hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene, its radical cation salt and its tricarbonylchromium complex
TL;DR: The Hexa-tert-butyl substituted hexa-peri-hexabenzocoronene was synthesized in an overall yield of 83% from 4-terT- butylphenylacetylene and the molecular structures of the parent compound, its radical cation salt and its mono- tricarbonylchromium complex were determined by X-ray analysis and discussed in detail.
