Screening of wild and cultivated species of potato for frost tolerance in north-central plains of india

TL;DR: One hundred nineteen accessions of 24 wild and cultivated species of potato were screened for frost tolerance and species S. spegazzinii (diploid), S. demissum (hexaploid) and S. andigena (tetraploids) were found promising for frostolerance.
Journal Article

Mp/97-644: a promising hybrid for making potato chips and dehydrated products

TL;DR: The hybrid MP/97-644 gave significantly higher total and process grade yield, and excellent processing quality as compared to Indian and exotic processing cultivars, when grown in relatively warmer west-central regions of the country as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development of genomic SSR markers in Gymnema sylvestre (Retz.) R.Br. ex Sm. using next generation DNA sequencing and their application in genetic diversity analysis

TL;DR: In this paper , DNA was isolated from G. sylvestre leaves which were used for NGS sequencing (Illumina HiSeq 2500 NGS platform). After de-novo assembly of raw reads, 77679 contigs were identified with the sum of contigs length 1, 246, 048, 78 bp.
Journal ArticleDOI

4-(5-Phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-a]isoquinolin-3-yl)benzonitrile.

TL;DR: In the title molecule, C23H14N4, the triazoloisoquinoline ring system is nearly planar, with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.038 (2) Å and a maximum deviation of −0.030‚¬2 from the mean plane of the Triazole ring C atom which is bonded to the benzene ring.
Journal ArticleDOI

1-(4-Chloro-phen-yl)-2-phenyl-2-(3-phenyl-1-isoquinolylsulfan-yl)ethanone.

TL;DR: The title compound, C29H20ClNOS, is a 1-substituted-3-phenylisoquinoline that crystallizes with four independent molecules in the asymmtric unit that has similar C—S—C angles.
