Anticancer Activity of MUC-30 in Breast Cancer Cells
Sritala Duangjumphol,Surawat Jariyawat,Darunee Soorukram,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Pawinee Piyachaturawat +4 more
TL;DR: MUC-30 is a promising potent anti-proliferative agent for MCF-7 cells by inducing apoptosis and is important for further development of this compound as a new therapeutic agent for cancer treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Diastereoselective Alkylation of Vicinal Dianions of Chiral Succinic Acid Derivatives: A New General Strategy to (R)‐β‐Arylmethl‐γ‐butyrolactones.

Inhibitory effect of methanol and hexane extracts of Moringa oleifera Lam leaves on NO production in LPS-activated microglia
Busarat Karachot,Anusorn Thampithak,Nattinee Jantaratnotai,Yamaratee Jaisin,Benjawan Meesarapee,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Yupin Sanvarinda +6 more
TL;DR: Preliminary result demonstrates that the anti-inflammatory activity of the crude extracts of M. oleifera leaves is due partly through the inhibition of NO production and suggests that the plant may have neuroprotective potential in neurodegenerative diseases caused by neuroinflammation.

Samarium Dienolate Mediated Stereoselective Synthesis of anti-1,3-Diol Monoesters via Aldol-Tishchenko Reaction.
Vichai Reutrakul,Jaray Jaratjaroonphong,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Chutima Kuhakarn,Palangpon Kongsaeree,Samran Prabpai,Manat Pohmakotr +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an (E)-samarium dienolate, generated by the regioselective reductive cleavage of a phenylsulfonyl activated cyclopropyl ketone with samarium(II) iodide, with aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes gives the 2-substituted anti-1,3-diol monoester derivatives, stereoselectively, in good to excellent yields.
