Phyllanthus taxodiifolius Beille Disrupted N-cadherin, Vimentin, Paxillin and Actin Stress Fibers in Glioblastoma
Chotchanit Sunrat,Jaturon Kwanthongdee,Kwanchanok Uppakara,Napason Chabang,Bamroong Munyoo,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Witchuda Saengsawang +6 more
TL;DR: This study demonstrates for the first time that P. taxodiifolius interferes with multiple key molecules related to pathological hallmarks of glioblastoma, including N-cadherin and vimentin, mesenchymal markers, as well as paxillin, a major adaptor protein that regulates the linking of focal adhesions to the actin cytoskeleton.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anti-HIV-1 Activities and Chemical Constituents from Leaves and Twigs of Santisukia pagetii (Bignoniaceae)
Suphitcha Limjiasahapong,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Vichai Reutrakul,Manat Pohmakotr,Radeekorn Akkarawongsapat,Jitra Limthongkul,Chanita Napaswad,Narong Nuntasaen +7 more
TL;DR: The first phytochemical investigation of the leaves and twigs of Santisukia pagetii using a bioassay-guided fractionation led to the isolation and identification of seventeen known compounds, including four triterpenoids and anti-HIV-1 activities of compounds 1, 3–8, and 13 were reported for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI
Asymmetric Synthesis of gem‐Difluoromethylenated Dihydroxypyrrolizidines and Indolizidines.
Watcharaporn Thaharn,Teerawut Bootwicha,Darunee Soorukram,Chutima Kuhakarn,Samran Prabpai,Palangpon Kongsaeree,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Vichai Reutrakul,Manat Pohmakotr +8 more
TL;DR: An asymmetric synthesis of gem-difluoromethylenated dihydroxypyrrolizidines and indolizidine is described in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Naturally Occurring 1,7‐Diarylheptanoids
Journal ArticleDOI
The MoritaBaylisHillman Reaction of Chiral Highly Oxygenated Cyclopent‐2‐enones
Chonticha Masusai,Darunee Soorukram,Chutima Kuhakarn,Patoomratana Tuchinda,Chaveng Pakawatchai,Vichai Reutrakul,Manat Pohmakotr +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a combination of Bu3P/phenol in THF was found being optimum conditions giving the corresponding MBH adducts with high diastereoisomeric ratios.
