Regulation of Myc function by ARF: checkpoint for Myc-induced oncogenesis.

TL;DR: Amente et al. as discussed by the authors Directly Interacts with Myc Through the Myc Box II DomainStefano Amente, Barbara Gargano, Francesca Varrone, Luca Ruggiero, David Dominguez-Sola, Luigi Lania and Barbara Majello Cancer Biol Ther 2006; 5(3):287-291.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mechanism of internalization of MDA-7/IL-24 protein and its cognate receptors following ligand-receptor docking

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that MDA-7/IL-24 internalization employs the clathrin-mediated endocytic pathway leading to degradation of receptors via the lysosomal/ubiquitin proteosomal pathway, which is dynamin-dependent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Correction: The role of tumor-associated macrophages in tumor vascularization.

A Role for Both Ets and C/EBP Transcription Factors and mRNA Stabilization in the MAPK-dependent Increase in

TL;DR: In this paper, the contribution of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation in the response of primary hepatocytes and HepG2 hepatoma cells to MAPK activation was evaluated, and it was found that MAPK signaling increased the phosphorylation of Ets2, C/EBPalpha, and C/EBPbeta.
