Mechanism of internalization of MDA-7/IL-24 protein and its cognate receptors following ligand-receptor docking
Anjan K. Pradhan,Praveen Bhoopathi,Sarmistha Talukdar,Swadesh K. Das,Luni Emdad,Devanand Sarkar,Andrei I. Ivanov,Paul B. Fisher +7 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that MDA-7/IL-24 internalization employs the clathrin-mediated endocytic pathway leading to degradation of receptors via the lysosomal/ubiquitin proteosomal pathway, which is dynamin-dependent.

A Role for Both Ets and C/EBP Transcription Factors and mRNA Stabilization in the MAPK-dependent Increase in
Jong Sung Park,Liang Qiao,Donna Gilfor,Ming Yan Yang,Philip B. Hylemon,Christopher C. Benz,Gretchen J. Darlington,Gary L. Firestone,Paul B. Fisher,Paul Dent +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the contribution of transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation in the response of primary hepatocytes and HepG2 hepatoma cells to MAPK activation was evaluated, and it was found that MAPK signaling increased the phosphorylation of Ets2, C/EBPalpha, and C/EBPbeta.
