A Two-Chip Imaging System for OCR Applications

TL;DR: Presents a two chip imaging system for optical character recognition (OCR) applications that consists of a 64/spl times/24 photodiode array providing directly a binary pattern.
Journal ArticleDOI

An integrated binary correlator module

TL;DR: In this paper, a pseudorandom comparison (PRC) based correlator module was designed and fabricated in a standard 8 /spl mu/m PMOS process, running at a sampling rate of 500 kHz, dissipating 90 mW, and its size is 2.4 mm/SUP 2/ not including the delay element which is an external standard component.
Proceedings Article

An Automatic CAD Tool for Switched Capacitors Filters Design : A Method based on the Generalized Orchard Argument

TL;DR: In this article, a top-down design method for SC filters is proposed based on the generalized orchard argument and a powerful CAD tool using this principle is presented, which starts with the user's specifications and gives the layout of the filter.
Book ChapterDOI

Automated Design Methodology for CMOS Analog Circuit Blocks in Complex Systems

TL;DR: A design methodology for analog circuit blocks is proposed which combines circuit knowledge for predefined topologies with CAD simulation tools and behavioral equations for each circuit are derived using a basic EKV model.
