SASS: A symmetry adapted stochastic search algorithm exploiting site symmetry
TL;DR: A simple symmetry adapted search algorithm exploiting point group symmetry increases the efficiency of systematic explorations of complex quantum mechanical potential energy surfaces and is advantageous for generating initial structures for global optimizations via genetic algorithm and other stochastic global search techniques.
