Targeting intratumoral B-cells with Rituximab in addition to CHOP in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. A clinicobiological study of the GELA
Marie Hélène Delfau-Larue,Laurence de Leval,Bertrand Joly,Anne Plonquet,Dominique Challine,Marie Parrens,Alain Delmer,Gilles Salles,Franck Morschhauser,Richard Delarue,Pauline Brice,Reda Bouabdallah,Olivier Casasnovas,Hervé Tilly,Philippe Gaulard,Corinne Haioun +15 more
TL;DR: The results of the first clinical trial targeting both the neoplastic T cells and the microenvironment-associated CD20+ B lymphocytes in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma are reported, showing no clear benefit of adding rituximab to conventional chemotherapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term follow up of the FL2000 study comparing CHVP-interferon to CHVP-interferon plus rituximab in follicular lymphoma.
Emmanuel Bachy,Roch Houot,F. Morschhauser,Anne Sonet,Pauline Brice,Karim Belhadj,Guillaume Cartron,Bruno Audhuy,Christophe Fermé,Pierre Feugier,Catherine Sebban,Vincent Delwail,Hervé Maisonneuve,Steven Le Gouill,Sophie Lefort,Nicole Brousse,Charles Foussard,Gilles Salles +17 more
TL;DR: Long-term follow up of patients with follicular lymphoma treated in the FL2000 study confirms the sustained clinical benefit of rituximab without long-term toxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sperm quality before treatment in patients with early stage Hodgkin's lymphoma enrolled in EORTC-GELA Lymphoma Group trials.
Marleen A. E. van der Kaaij,Natacha Heutte,Jannie van Echten-Arends,John M. M. Raemaekers,Patrice Carde,Evert M. Noordijk,Christophe Fermé,José Thomas,Houchingue Eghbali,Pauline Brice,Caroline Bonmati,Michel Henry-Amar,Hanneke C. Kluin-Nelemans +12 more
TL;DR: There was an association between sperm quality and the presence or absence of B-symptoms, in particular fever and night sweats, and with modern fertilization techniques, in most patients with early-stage Hodgkin’s lymphoma sperm quality before treatment is good enough for future fatherhood.
III - IV low-risk Hodgkin Lymphoma (IPS 0-2) of the LYSA H34 randomized trial
Nicolas Mounier,Pauline Brice,Serge Bologna,Josette Brière,Isabelle Gaillard,Marian Heczko,Olivier Casasnovas,Jérôme Jaubert,Philippe Colin,Alain Devidas,Emmanuelle Nicolas-Virelizier,Abdelmalek Aoudjhane,Marc André +12 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Outcome of patients older than 60 years with classical Hodgkin lymphoma treated with front line ABVD chemotherapy: frequent pulmonary events suggest limiting the use of bleomycin in the elderly
Aspasia Stamatoullas,Pauline Brice,Reda Bouabdallah,Sylvain Mareschal,Vincent Camus,Ilhem Rahal,Patricia Franchi,Hélène Lanic,Hervé Tilly +8 more
TL;DR: The study confirms the efficacy of ABVD in elderly patients even if results are inferior to those obtained in younger patients with the same regimen, and proposes to either reduce the dose of bleomycin or remove it from the regimen.
