Journal ArticleDOI
The Advantage of FLASH Radiotherapy Confirmed in Mini-pig and Cat-cancer Patients.
Marie-Catherine Vozenin,Pauline de Fornel,Kristoffer Petersson,Vincent Favaudon,Maud Jaccard,Jean François Germond,Benoit Petit,Marco Burki,Gisele Ferrand,David Patin,Hanan Bouchaab,Mahmut Ozsahin,François Bochud,Claude Bailat,Patrick Devauchelle,Jean Bourhis +15 more
TL;DR: The results confirmed the potential advantage of FLASH-RT and provide a strong rationale for further evaluating FLash-RT in human patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
In vivo stem cell tracking using scintigraphy in a canine model of DMD
Inès Barthélémy,Jean-Laurent Thibaud,Pauline de Fornel,Marco Cassano,Marco Cassano,Isabel Punzón,David Mauduit,Jean-Thomas Vilquin,Patrick Devauchelle,Maurilio Sampaolesi,Stéphane Blot +10 more
TL;DR: This work evaluated the relevance of a non-invasive cell tracking method in the Golden Retriever Muscular Dystrophy model, a well-recognised model of Duchenne Muscular dystrophy, and obtained the first quantitative mapping of the immediate biodistribution of mesoangioblasts in a large animal model of DMD.
Journal Article
Effects of radiotherapy on pituitary corticotroph macrotumors in dogs: a retrospective study of 12 cases.
TL;DR: The efficacy of low doses of radiotherapy for the treatment of pituitary corticotroph macrotumors in dogs is evaluated retrospectively in this paper, showing that radiotherapy is a useful option for treating Pituitary macrotus tumors in dogs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Plasma pro-opiomelanocortin, pro-adrenocorticotropin hormone, and pituitary adenoma size in dogs with Cushing's disease
Nicolas Granger,Pauline de Fornel,Patrick Devauchelle,Sophie Segond,Françoise Delisle,D. Rosenberg +5 more
TL;DR: Data indicate that measurement of POMC and pro-ACTH might be of value in the characterization of tumor size in dogs with Cushing's disease, and it is unlikely that a large pituitary tumor exists in Dogs with PDH.
Journal ArticleDOI
Circulating tumor DNA is detectable in canine histiocytic sarcoma, oral malignant melanoma, and multicentric lymphoma
Anaïs Prouteau,Jérôme Alexandre Denis,Jérôme Alexandre Denis,Pauline de Fornel,Edouard Cadieu,Thomas Derrien,Camille Kergal,Nadine Botherel,Ronan Ulvé,Mélanie Rault,Amira Bouzidi,Romain François,Laetitia Dorso,Alexandra Lespagnol,Patrick Devauchelle,Jérôme Abadie,Catherine André,Benoit Hedan +17 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used droplet digital PCR or PCR for antigen receptor rearrangement, to explore tumor-specific point mutations, copy number alterations, and chromosomal rearrangements in the plasma of cancer-affected dogs.
