Journal ArticleDOI

HST Morphologies of z~2 Dust Obscured Galaxies I: Power-law Sources

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented high-resolution optical and near-infrared imaging obtained using the ACS, WFPC2 and NICMOS cameras aboard the Hubble Space Telescope of 31 24−2 Dust Obscured Galaxies (DOGs) identified in the Bootes Field of the NOAO Deep Wide-Field Survey.
Journal ArticleDOI

THE MASSIVE AND DISTANT CLUSTERS OF WISE SURVEY. II. INITIAL SPECTROSCOPIC CONFIRMATION OF z ∼ 1 GALAXY CLUSTERS SELECTED FROM 10,000 deg 2

TL;DR: In this paper, optical and infrared imaging and optical spectroscopy of galaxy clusters which were identified as part of an all-sky search for high-redshift galaxy clusters, the Massive and Distant Clusters of WISE Survey (MaDCoWS), were presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

IDCS J1426.5+3508: Cosmological implications of a massive, strong lensing cluster at Z = 1.75

TL;DR: In this article, the existence of a strongly lensing galaxy cluster at this epoch in an LCDM universe was investigated. But the authors did not explore the cosmological implications of this system, considering the likelihood of the presence of such a galaxy cluster.
