TL;DR: The prevalence and clinical correlates of all DSM‐IV‐TR anxiety disorder diagnoses in a sample of 127 subjects with idiopathic PD who underwent comprehensive assessments administered by a psychiatrist and neurologist suggest that anxiety in PD is likely underdiagnosed and undertreated and refined characterization of anxiety disorders inPD is needed.

TL;DR: Sertraline did not demonstrate efficacy for the treatment depression symptoms in patients with AD, and its use was associated with an increased incidence of adverse events, suggesting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may be of limited value for treating depression in Patients with AD.
