Journal ArticleDOI

Innovative development and validation of an HPLC/DAD method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of major cannabinoids in cannabis plant material

TL;DR: A simple and accurate HPLC/DAD method was developed for the quantification of major neutral and acidic cannabinoids present in cannabis plant material and was validated following an approach using accuracy profiles based on beta-expectation tolerance intervals for the total error measurement, and assessing the measurements uncertainty.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design Spaces for analytical methods

TL;DR: This article aims to explain what an analytical method DS is, why it is useful for the robust development and optimization of analytical methods and how to build such a DS.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design space approach in the optimization of the spray-drying process.

TL;DR: A predictive risk-based approach was set up in order to account for the uncertainties and correlations found in the process and in the derived critical quality attributes such as the yield, the moisture content, the inhalable fraction of powder, the compressibility index, and the Hausner ratio.
Journal ArticleDOI

Moisture content determination of pharmaceutical pellets by near infrared spectroscopy: Method development and validation

TL;DR: The present study confirmed that NIR spectroscopy could be used in the PAT concept as a non-invasive, non-destructive and fast technique for moisture content determination in pharmaceutical pellets.
