Journal ArticleDOI
Recycling of Perovskite Films: Route toward Cost-Efficient and Environment-Friendly Perovskite Technology
TL;DR: The concept of recycling of the degraded perovskite film (PbI2), gaining back the initial optoelectronic properties as the best possible solution to avoid lead waste is introduced, which addresses the major issues of instability and expensive toxic lead disposal, altogether.
Journal ArticleDOI
Unraveling the Effect of Crystal Structure on Degradation of Methylammonium Lead Halide Perovskite.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the crystal orientation of perovskite film plays a major role in its degradation, and that diversity in degradation rate arises due to the difference in crystallographic characteristics of the films.
Journal ArticleDOI
Room temperature synthesis of perovskite (MAPbI3) single crystal by anti-solvent assisted inverse temperature crystallization method
Ramashanker Gupta,Ramashanker Gupta,Tulja Bhavani Korukonda,Shailendra Kumar Gupta,Bhanu Pratap Dhamaniya,Priyanka Chhillar,Ram Datt,Ram Datt,Pargam Vashishtha,Pargam Vashishtha,Govind Gupta,Govind Gupta,Vinay Gupta,Ritu Srivastava,Ritu Srivastava,Sandeep Pathak +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the anti-solvent modified inverse-temperature-crystallization (ITC) approach was used to synthesize perovskite (MAPbI3) single crystals (1 cm in size) of superior opto-electronic quality at room temperature (30 °C/RT).
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysing the Prospects of Perovskite Solar Cells within the Purview of Recent Scientific Advancements
Aakash Bhat,Bhanu Pratap Dhamaniya,Priyanka Chhillar,Tulja Bhavani Korukonda,Gaurav Rawat,Sandeep Pathak +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a short case study of perovskite solar cells based on their energy payback time is presented, considering the cost, the efficiency, and the stability of the PSCs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Orientation-Controlled (h0l) PbI2 Crystallites Using a Novel Pb-Precursor for Facile and Quick Sequential MAPbI3 Perovskite Deposition.
Bhanu Pratap Dhamaniya,Bhanu Pratap Dhamaniya,Priyanka Chhillar,Amit Kumar,Kartiki Chandratre,Sanchayan Mahato,Krishna Priya Ganesan,Sandeep Pathak +7 more
TL;DR: A comprehensive mechanism of structural modification of PbI2 and the role of its orientation in ameliorating the reaction kinetics has been demonstrated and a compact, smooth, and large grain perovskite can be obtained by accomplishing a full conversion with comparatively much less reaction time.
