Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and characterization of transparent ZnO thin films obtained by spray pyrolysis
TL;DR: In this article, structural, optical, chemical and electrical properties of thin films of ZnO obtained by spray pyrolysis over Pt or silica substrates are determined at temperature ranges between 223 and 373 K.
Journal ArticleDOI
Growth of pure ZnO thin films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis on silicon
TL;DR: In this paper, structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties of ZnO thin films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis fromzinc acetate (Zn(CH 3COO)2 2H2O) aqueous solutions, on polished Si(1 0 0), and fused silica substrates for optical characterization, have been studied in terms of deposition time and substrate temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrochemical properties of lead oxide films obtained by spray pyrolysis as negative electrodes for lithium secondary batteries
M. Martos,Julián Morales,Luis Sánchez,R. Ayouchi,Dietmar Leinen,Francisco Martín,J.R. Ramos Barrado +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, spray pyrolysis of aqueous solutions of Pb(CH3-COO)2·2H2O and deposited onto lead substrates at 175°C was found to result in well-crystallized tetragonal PbO and evolve to orthorhombic polymorph with prolonged heating.
Journal ArticleDOI
Local piezoelectric properties of ZnO thin films prepared by RF-plasma-assisted pulsed-laser deposition method
TL;DR: Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were grown on uncoated and zinc-coated Corning glass substrates by pulsed-laser deposition (PLD) and X-ray diffraction measurements revealed that the as-deposited films are polycrystalline having preferential orientation along the [0002] and [[Formula: see text]] directions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Use of amorphous tin-oxide films obtained by spray pyrolysis as electrodes in lithium batteries
TL;DR: Amorphous tin-oxide films were prepared by spray pyrolysis of SnCl 2 ·2H 2 O mixed with CH 3 -COOH and deposited onto a stainless steel substrate at mild temperatures (350°C) as discussed by the authors.
