Journal ArticleDOI
U–Pb zircon geochronology, petrochemical and Sr–Nd isotopic characteristic of Late Neoproterozoic granitoid of the Bornaward Complex (Bardaskan-NE Iran)
R. Monazzami Bagherzadeh,Mohammad Hassan Karimpour,G. Lang Farmer,Charles R. Stern,José Francisco Santos,Behnam Rahimi,M. R. Heidarian Shahri +6 more
TL;DR: The Bornaward Granitoid Complex (BGC) in the Taknar Zone is located in the northeast of Central Iranian Block as discussed by the authors, and the results obtained from zircon U-Pb dating of the BGC rocks suggest late-Neoproterozoic (Precambrian) age (540-550 Ma).
Journal ArticleDOI
Three dispersal routes out of Africa: A puzzling biogeographical history in freshwater planarians
Eduard Solà,Laia Leria,Giacinta Angela Stocchino,R. Monazzami Bagherzadeh,Michael Baake,Savel R. Daniels,Abdel Halim Harrath,Tsung Fei Khang,Duangduen Krailas,Biju Kumar,Mei-Hui Li,Abdolvahab Maghsoudlou,Midori Matsumoto,Niamul Naser,BO Oben,Ori Segev,Matthias Thielicke,Xiaoli Tong,Goran Zivanovic,Renata Manconi,Jaume Baguñà,Marta Riutort +21 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors propose that Dugesia may have either an ancient origin on a large palaeo landmass, followed by colonisation in different regions before continental fragmentation, or a more recent origin and subsequent transoceanic dispersal.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural characterization of proton-pumping rhodopsin lacking a cytoplasmic proton donor residue by X-ray crystallography
Kano Suzuki,Maria del Carmen Marín,Masae Konno,R. Monazzami Bagherzadeh,Takeshi Murata,Keiichi Inoue +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the three-dimensional structure of one of the DTG/DTS rhodopsins, PspR from Pseudomonas putida, was analyzed by X-ray crystallography.
Journal ArticleDOI
Twisting and Protonation of Retinal Chromophore Regulate Channel Gating of Channelrhodopsin C1C2.
Keisei Shibata,Kazumasa Oda,Tomohiro Nishizawa,Yuji Hazama,Ryohei Ono,Shunki Takaramoto,R. Monazzami Bagherzadeh,Hiromu Yawo,Osamu Nureki,Keiichi Inoue,Hidefumi Akiyama +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the structural changes in the retinal chromophore of canonical Channel Rhodopsins (ChRs) were investigated in all photointermediates using time-resolved resonance Raman spectroscopy.
