The provenance of Borneo's enigmatic alluvial diamonds

TL;DR: In this paper, a study of the provenance of heavy minerals from Kalimantan's Cempaka alluvial diamond deposit was conducted, which involved collecting U-Pb isotopic data, fission track and trace element geochemistry of zircon as well as major element geochemical data of spinels and morphological descriptions of diamond.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effect of partial replacement of maltodextrin with vegetable fibres in spray-dried white asparagus powder on its physical and aroma properties.

TL;DR: In this article, asparagus concentrate was spray-dried in different carrier formulations in which maltodextrin was partially replaced by cellulose-based carriers, i.e. microcrystalline cellulose, due to fibre insolubility and increased viscosity of feed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Boosting beneficial phytochemicals in vegetable crop plants

TL;DR: This review will give an overview of strategies and progress made in modifications of some of the important compounds of importance to the food industry in particular, placed on the flavonoid, vitamin, essential amino acid and polyunsaturated fatty acid composition of vegetable crops.

U-Pb Dating of Detrital Zircons From West Java Show Complex Sundaland Provenance

TL;DR: In this paper, the zircon ages are interpreted to indicate a Cretaceous and Early Paleogene volcanic source for the Ciletuh Formation and Sundaland sources for all other formations.
