Precipitation, adsorption and rhizosphere effect: The mechanisms for Phosphate-induced Pb immobilization in soils-A review.
Guangming Zeng,Jia Wan,Danlian Huang,Liang Hu,Chao Huang,Min Cheng,Wenjing Xue,Xiaomin Gong,Rongzhong Wang,Danni Jiang +9 more
TL;DR: Three principal mechanisms may be responsible for P-induced Pb immobilization, including direct precipitation, ion-exchange (or substitution) effect and liming effect, and the adsorption of Pb are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Combination of Fenton processes and biotreatment for wastewater treatment and soil remediation
Danlian Huang,Hu Chanjuan,Guangming Zeng,Min Cheng,Piao Xu,Xiaomin Gong,Rongzhong Wang,Wenjing Xue +7 more
TL;DR: This review shows a critical overview of recent researches combining Fenton processes (as pre-treatment or post-treatment) with bioremediation for treatment of wastewater or polluted soil and concluded that the combined treatment can be regarded as a novel and competitive technology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigating the adsorption behavior and the relative distribution of Cd2+ sorption mechanisms on biochars by different feedstock.
Rongzhong Wang,Danlian Huang,Yunguo Liu,Chen Zhang,Cui Lai,Guangming Zeng,Min Cheng,Xiaomin Gong,Jia Wan,Hao Luo +9 more
TL;DR: Investigation of adsorption behavior and the relative distribution of Cd2+ sorption mechanisms on biochars by different feedstock may suggest that the application of PBC is a feasible strategy for removing metal contaminants from aqueous solutions.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effects of rice straw biochar on indigenous microbial community and enzymes activity in heavy metal-contaminated sediment.
Danlian Huang,Linshan Liu,Guangming Zeng,Piao Xu,Chao Huang,Linjing Deng,Rongzhong Wang,Jia Wan +7 more
TL;DR: The results showed that biochar could significantly change physicochemical properties, enzymes activity and microbial community composition depending on biochar concentration and incubation time, and indicated that indigenous microbes could be affected by biochar either directly or indirectly via changing the physicochemistry properties and heavy metals of sediment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis of surface molecular imprinted TiO2/graphene photocatalyst and its highly efficient photocatalytic degradation of target pollutant under visible light irradiation
Cui Lai,Wang Manman,Guangming Zeng,Yunguo Liu,Danlian Huang,Chen Zhang,Rongzhong Wang,Piao Xu,Min Cheng,Chao Huang,Haipeng Wu,Lei Qin +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a molecular imprinted TiO2/graphene photocatalyst was successfully prepared with bisphenol A (BPA) as the template molecule (target pollutant) and o-phenylenediamine (OPDA) as functional monomers by the surface molecular imprinting method.
