Multiplex genotyping method to validate the multiallelic genome editing outcomes using machine learning-assisted long-read sequencing

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed a genotyping method with an on-target site analysis software named Determine Allele mutations and Judge Intended genotype by Nanopore sequencer (DAJIN) that can automatically identify and classify both intended and unintended diverse mutations, including point mutations, deletions, inversions, and cis double knock-in at single-nucleotide resolution.
Posted ContentDOI

The conserved metalloprotease invadolysin is present in invertebrate haemolymph and vertebrate blood

TL;DR: It is shown that the conserved metalloprotease invadolysin is present in invertebrate hemolymph and vertebrate blood, suggesting the protein may function in organismal physiology.
Journal ArticleDOI

First demonstration of a roller-driven timestamp mechanism for the long-duration observation with high-time resolution using large-area emulsion films

TL;DR: In this article , a multi-stage shifter with lighter structure was developed to enable a large aperture area and long-duration observation times by adding more layers, which achieved sub-second time resolution, which allowed emmulsion gammma-ray telescope to obtain a imaging resolution within 1 degree (> 80 MeV) like previous balloon expereiment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Androgen Signaling Pathway and the Development of Novel Drugs for the Management of Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer

TL;DR: It is shown that Androgen receptor (Androgen receptor; AR)は重要な役割を 担っている, 本邦における罹患者数が増加する,
