Impact of dabigatran on a large panel of routine or specific coagulation assays. Laboratory recommendations for monitoring of dabigatran etexilate.
Jonathan Douxfils,François Mullier,Séverine Robert,Christian Chatelain,Bernard Chatelain,Jean-Michel Dogné +5 more
TL;DR: APTT could be used for the monitoring of dabigatran and as screening test for the risk of overdose and HTI should be considered as the gold-standard because of its higher sensitivity, good reproducibility, excellent linear correlation at all doses, its simplicity of use, and possibilities of automation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Martian dust storm impact on atmospheric H2O and D/H observed by ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter
Ann Carine Vandaele,Oleg Korablev,Frank Daerden,Shohei Aoki,Ian Thomas,Francesca Altieri,Miguel Lopez-Valverde,Geronimo L. Villanueva,Giuliano Liuzzi,M. D. Smith,Justin Erwin,Loïc Trompet,Anna Fedorova,Franck Montmessin,Alexander Trokhimovskiy,Denis Belyaev,Nikolay Ignatiev,Mikhail Luginin,Kevin Olsen,Lucio Baggio,Juan Alday,Jean-Loup Bertaux,Jean-Loup Bertaux,Daria Betsis,David Bolsée,R. Whiteway,Valérie Wilquet,Michael J. Wolff,Giancarlo Bellucci,Manish R. Patel,Jose-Juan Lopez-Moreno,François Forget,Colin Wilson,Håkan Svedhem,Jorge L. Vago,Daniel Rodionov +65 more
TL;DR: The observed changes in H2O and HDO abundance occurred within a few days during the development of the dust storm, suggesting a fast impact of dust storms on the Martian atmosphere.
Journal ArticleDOI
Water Vapor Vertical Profiles on Mars in Dust Storms Observed by TGO/NOMAD
Shohei Aoki,Shohei Aoki,Ann Carine Vandaele,Frank Daerden,Geronimo Villanueva,Giuliano Liuzzi,Ian Thomas,Justin Erwin,Loïc Trompet,Séverine Robert,Lori Neary,Sébastien Viscardy,R. T. Clancy,M. D. Smith,Miguel Lopez-Valverde,B. Hill,Bojan Ristic,Manish R. Patel,Giancarlo Bellucci,J. J. Lopez-Moreno +19 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present water vapor vertical profiles in the periods of the two dust storms (Ls = 162-260° and Ls = 298-345°) from the solar occultation measurements by Nadir and Occultation for Mars Discovery (NOMAD) onboard ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter (TGO).
Journal ArticleDOI
No detection of methane on Mars from early ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter observations.
Oleg Korablev,Ann Carine Vandaele,Franck Montmessin,Anna Fedorova,Alexander Trokhimovskiy,François Forget,Franck Lefèvre,Frank Daerden,Ian Thomas,Loïc Trompet,Justin Erwin,Shohei Aoki,Séverine Robert,Lori Neary,Sébastien Viscardy,Alexey Grigoriev,Nikolay Ignatiev,Alexey Shakun,Andrey Patrakeev,Denis Belyaev,Jean-Loup Bertaux,Jean-Loup Bertaux,Kevin Olsen,Lucio Baggio,Juan Alday,Yuriy Ivanov,Bojan Ristic,Jonathon Mason,Yannick Willame,Cédric Depiesse,Laszlo Hetey,Sophie Berkenbosch,Roland Clairquin,Claudio Queirolo,Bram Beeckman,Eddy Neefs,Manish R. Patel,Giancarlo Bellucci,Jose-Juan Lopez-Moreno,Colin Wilson,G. Etiope,G. Etiope,G. Etiope,Lev Zelenyi,Håkan Svedhem,Jorge L. Vago +45 more
TL;DR: Highly sensitive measurements of the atmosphere of Mars with the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter do not detect any methane over a range of latitudes in both hemispheres, in contrast to previous local or remote detections.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ir-CPI, a coagulation contact phase inhibitor from the tick Ixodes ricinus, inhibits thrombus formation without impairing hemostasis.
Yves Decrem,Géraldine Rath,Virginie Blasioli,Philippe Cauchie,Séverine Robert,Jérôme Beaufays,Jean-Marie Frère,Olivier Feron,Jean-Michel Dogné,Chantal Dessy,Luc Vanhamme,Edmond Godfroid +11 more
TL;DR: Results show that a contact phase inhibitor is an effective and safe antithrombotic agent in vivo and mice injected with Ir-CPI are protected against collagen- and epinephrine-induced thromboembolism.
