Influences of Stone–Wales defects on the structure, stability and electronic properties of antimonene: A first principle study
TL;DR: In this paper, the structural and electronic properties of antimonene with Stone-Wales defects are investigated, showing that the presence of a SW defect changes the geometrical symmetry and the band gap decreases in electronic band structure.
Journal ArticleDOI
An Ångström-level: D -spacing controlling synthetic route for MoS2 towards stable intercalation of sodium ions
Kan Zhang,Kan Zhang,Ping Li,Ping Li,Shiying Guo,Jong Yeob Jeong,Bingjun Jin,Xiaoming Li,Shengli Zhang,Haibo Zeng,Jong Hyeok Park +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors precisely controlled the d-spacing of vertically aligned MoS2 arrays ranging from 6.2 to 10 A via heating-controlled deintercalation of NH4+ ions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tunable electronic structure and enhanced optical properties in quasi-metallic hydrogenated/fluorinated SiC heterobilayer
Xianping Chen,Xianping Chen,Junke Jiang,Qiuhua Liang,Ruishen Meng,Chunjian Tan,Qun Yang,Shengli Zhang,Haibo Zeng +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the atomic and electronic structure of a fully hydrogenated/fluorinated SiC (H/F-SiC) heterobilayer, which has a quasi-metallic character in its most stable stacking pattern, was investigated to predict its electronic and optical properties.
Journal ArticleDOI
ATMP derived cobalt-metaphosphate complex as highly active catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction
Lian-Hua Xu,Shengli Zhang,Shiying Guo,Xueji Zhang,Serge Cosnier,Robert S. Marks,Wenju Wang,Haibo Zeng,Dan Shan +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an innovative strategy based on amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (ATMP) as chelating agent for cobalt-metaphosphate coordination polymer is reported to one-pot synthesis of a novel precursor in methanol for ORR electrocatalyst.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metallic oxide nanocrystals with near-infrared plasmon resonance for efficient, stable and biocompatible photothermal cancer therapy
TL;DR: The results prove that MoO2 NCs exhibiting NIR LSPR can act as an effective agent for photothermal cancer therapy with great photostability and biocompatibility.
