Electronic Structure in the Band-Gap Region of Protonic Conductor SrZr0.90Y0.10O3-δ

TL;DR: In this article, the electronic structure in the band-gap region of protonic conductor SrZr0.90Y0.10O3-δ was studied by soft-X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS).
Journal ArticleDOI

Unoccupied Electronic State of SrTi1-xNbxO3 Observed by Inverse-Photoemission Spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this paper, the unoccupied electronic state of Nb5+-doped SrTiO3 (SrTi1-xNbxO3) has been studied by inverse-photoemission spectroscopy (IPES) and the IPES spectra exhibit three features, which correspond to the t2g- and eg-subbands of the Ti 3d state and Sr 4d state.
Journal ArticleDOI

In situ photoemission study of LaNiO3 thin films grown by pulsed laser deposition

TL;DR: In this paper, the electronic structure of high-quality single-crystal LaNiO 3 (LNO) thin films using in situ photoemission spectroscopy (PES) was investigated.
