Journal ArticleDOI

73‐3: Distinguished Student Paper: Full Color Quantum Dot Light‐Emitting Diodes Patterned by Photolithography Technology

TL;DR: In this article, photolithography is used to fine pattern the quantum dot (QD) light-emitting layers, and the ZnMgO layer is treated by the hydrophobic material hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS).
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Efficient perovskite light-emitting diodes based on double organic cations

TL;DR: In this paper, a mixed hybrid perovskite quantum dot light emitting diodes using a simple synthesis method at room temperature was reported. But the authors only used FA x MA 1−x PbBr 3 quantum dots as emitting layer, which exhibited maximum luminence of 6000 cd/A, current efficiency of 6 cd/a and external quantum efficiency of 3.5%, which was more efficient than the pure FAPbBr3 PeLED.
Journal ArticleDOI

P‐9.1: Highly efficient top emitting Quantum‐LED with no viewing angle dependence

TL;DR: In this paper , a transparent nanosphere scattering layer covering on the transparent conductive top electrode was introduced to improve the outcoupling efficiency and eliminate viewing angle dependence of TEQLEDs.
