Journal ArticleDOI

ZnSe:Te/ZnSeS/ZnS nanocrystals: an access to cadmium-free pure-blue quantum-dot light-emitting diodes.

TL;DR: This work successfully tuned the emission wavelength of ZnSe/ZnS quantum dots from the violet region (∼420 nm) to the pure-blue region (450-460 nm) by doping Te into the Zn Se core, revealing the potential ofZnSe-based pure- blue QLEDs for future displays.
Journal ArticleDOI

Luminescent tetraphenylethene-substituted silanes

TL;DR: Tetraphenylethene (TPE)-substitued silanes are designed and synthesized, and their optical, thermal, and electrochemical properties are studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Luminescent CsPbBr3@Cs4PbBr6 Nanocrystals and Their Application in Electroluminescent Emitters.

TL;DR: This work successfully achieved CsPbBr3@Cs4Pb Br6 NCs around 13.9 ± 0.2 nm by using the hot-injection method, which is the best performance of the Cs PbBr 3@Cs 4Pb br6-system QLED device, which reveals the great potential of CspBBr3 @Cs4pbBr 6 NCs and will inspire further study of zero-dimensional perovskite composite NC
Journal ArticleDOI

Electric Bias Induced Degradation in Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes.

TL;DR: It was found that device performance could be improved under low voltage bias with short operation time, and decreased with continuous operation, while electrical bias can greatly influence the luminance and external quantum efficiency of PeLEDs.
