Copy number variants in schizophrenia: confirmation of five previous findings and new evidence for 3q29 microdeletions and VIPR2 duplications.
Douglas F. Levinson,Jubao Duan,Sang Oh,Kai Wang,Alan R. Sanders,Jianxin Shi,Nan Zhang,Bryan J. Mowry,Ann Olincy,Farooq Amin,C. Robert Cloninger,Jeremy M. Silverman,Nancy G. Buccola,William Byerley,Donald W. Black,Kenneth S. Kendler,Robert Freedman,Frank Dudbridge,Itsik Pe'er,Hakon Hakonarson,Sarah E. Bergen,Ayman H. Fanous,Peter Holmans,Pablo V. Gejman +23 more
TL;DR: The data strongly confirm the association of schizophrenia with 1q21.21 deletions, 16p11.3 duplications, and exonic NRXN1 deletions and study of the mechanisms underlying these associations should shed light on the pathophysiology of schizophrenia.
Journal ArticleDOI
All‐Inorganic Perovskite Nanocrystals for High‐Efficiency Light Emitting Diodes: Dual‐Phase CsPbBr3‐CsPb2Br5 Composites
Xiaoli Zhang,Xiaoli Zhang,Xiaoli Zhang,Bing Xu,Bing Xu,Jinbao Zhang,Yuan Gao,Yuanjin Zheng,Kai Wang,Xiao Wei Sun,Xiao Wei Sun +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, a dual-phase all-inorganic composite CsPbBr3-CsPb2Br5 was developed and applied as the emitting layer in LEDs, which exhibited a maximum luminance of 3853 cd m-2, with current density (CE) of ≈8.98 cd A-1 and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 2.21%, respectively.

TL;DR: This work builds a genetic map measuring the probability of crossing over at each position in the genome, based on about 2.1 million crossovers in 30,000 unrelated African Americans, and identifies about 2,500 recombination hotspots that are active in people of West African ancestry but nearly inactive in Europeans.
