Efficient Red Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes Based on Solution-Processed Multiple Quantum Wells

TL;DR: The MQW perovskites is a promising platform for achieving high performance visible-range electroluminescence emission through high-throughput processing methods, which is attractive for low-cost lighting and display applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced Performance of Red Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes through the Dimensional Tailoring of Perovskite Multiple Quantum Wells

TL;DR: High-performance red perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) with a luminance of 732 cd m-2 and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 7.3%, which are among the best-performing red PeLEDs are obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microcavity top-emission perovskite light-emitting diodes

TL;DR: It is shown that high-efficiency perovskite LEDs with a high external quantum efficiency of 20.2% and an ultrahigh radiant exitance up to 114.9 mW cm −2 can be achieved by employing the microcavity effect to enhance light extraction and the enhanced microc Cavity effect and light out-coupling efficiency are confirmed by the study of angle-dependent emission profiles.
