Microcavity top-emission perovskite light-emitting diodes

TL;DR: It is shown that high-efficiency perovskite LEDs with a high external quantum efficiency of 20.2% and an ultrahigh radiant exitance up to 114.9 mW cm −2 can be achieved by employing the microcavity effect to enhance light extraction and the enhanced microc Cavity effect and light out-coupling efficiency are confirmed by the study of angle-dependent emission profiles.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inhomogeneous degradation in metal halide perovskites

TL;DR: In this paper, the intrinsic origin of the poor stability of perovskite solar cells was investigated using a confocal fluorescence microscope, and it was shown that the degradation starts from grain boundaries and gradually extends to the center of the grains.

Non-invasive blood oxygen detection device based on perovskite light emitting diode

TL;DR: In this article, a non-invasive blood oxygen detection device based on a perovskite light emitting diode (PeLED) was proposed, which is composed of a PeLED light source, a controller module, a photoelectric conversion module and an amplifying filtering circuit.
