Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of zeolite Na-P from coal fly ash by thermo-sonochemical treatment

TL;DR: In this article, coal fly ash (CFA) was transformed to Na-P zeolite (ZP) using conventional hydrothermal heating followed by sonochemical energy in 4h.
Journal ArticleDOI

CO2 mineral sequestration by using blast furnace slag: From batch to continuous experiments

TL;DR: In this article, a returning charge operation by adding an inert component into the feedstock was suggested for the prevention of ring formation and achieved good results in a self-designed rotary kiln, and preliminary analysis of CO2 net-emission reduction was conducted based on the continuous experimental results.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of sole gismondine-type zeolite from blast furnace slag during CO2 mineralization process

TL;DR: In this article, a single gismondine-type zeolite (zeolite P) was synthesized during the CO2 mineralization process by using blast furnace slag as feedstock.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimization of Congo red dye adsorption from wastewater by a modified commercial zeolite catalyst using response surface modeling approach.

TL;DR: In this paper, a modified Zeolite A (MZA) was characterized by XRD, SEM, and FTIR, and a maximum of 99.24% dye removal and adsorbent capacity of 21.11 mg/g was achieved under the following conditions: pH = 7, initial CR concentration = 60 mg/L, temperature = 24-36 °C, ionic strength = 0.1 M, and 90 min contact time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Efficient co-extraction of lithium, rubidium, cesium and potassium from lepidolite by process intensification of chlorination roasting

TL;DR: In this paper, a chlorination process for efficient co-extraction of Li, Rb, Cs and K from lepidolite concentrate was investigated, and the results showed that the extraction efficiencies reached 92.49%, 98.04, 98.33% and 92.90%, respectively.
